About TIME…. M is for Meetings

Meetings are usually about getting down to business but there are elements of planning, organising, designing and delivering services around a meeting that require attention to detail like transportation, pre- and post-meeting entertainment or touring, a unique dining experience or even a special gift for special guests.
We currently work with a number of large Corporates as well as niche organisations who host several overseas stakeholders for meetings of all scales that require a partner to take care of arrangements for their meeting participants.

We also have the experience in our team to run all aspects of Meetings as well as our team have extensive background in international conferencing, exhibitions, live audience marketed events (i.e. shopping mall events) right through to bespoke and boutique meetings for executive teams, dignatories, ambassadors and any VIP guest related meetings.

Also looking for a point of difference then we have a proven track record and a strong reputation as the ‘go-to’ business when people are wanting something ‘off the beaten track’, ‘exclusive and not everyone can get access to it’, need to celebrate a special occasion and so not wanting stock standard (ie. Access to specially designed Maori or Kiwi gifts).

  • We hosted a ‘Wake up with haka’ workshop as a surprise kick-off event for an Australian sales team meeting focussed on developing their presence in NZ;
  • Co-ordinated several diplomatic and ambassador related meetings for overseas guests and local dignatories to attend group and one-on-one meetings in unique locations and exclusive venues;
